This nice portrait is of Allie Belle (Delp) Watkins. She is believed to have been about 40 years old at the time, so it was probably taken about 1912 somewhere in California.
This photo comes to us courtesy of her granddaughter, Joan Wieringa, who said that other family members did not believe this to be a particularly good likeness of Allie. She was said to have blond hair and blue eyes as a young lady, but her hair got darker as she got older.
